Here are the terms and conditions which apply to the VACAY Luggage Giveaway. Please read these terms carefully as they contain important items participants should know. These terms are final, binding, and winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.

Winners, Prizes, and Prize Value

One (1)  winners will be selected. teletour will notify the winners via email or direct message through the social platform that they used to enter. The winner will be awarded partner prize announced by teletour. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) will be set forth below as partners are announced.

  • Prize: VACAY Future Uptown Ombré 20-Inch Spinner Carry-On Suitcase

The ARV is $225. 

Prize will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Extensions to expiration dates will not be granted.

We promise to do our best to locate and communicate with you if you are the winner. If we cannot confirm your identity within three months or any other disputes arise, we will contact the next randomly selected entry.

 

Winner List: For a list of the prize winners, which will be available seven (7) days after the announcement of the winner, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Prize Winners, Be There Do Good, Inc, Be There Do Good, Inc., 1214 DELTA GLEN CG, Vienna, Virginia 22182 within sixty (60) days of the last day of the Giveaway.

 

Moreover, teletour, will not be responsible for use of the prize which is:

  • Unreasonable and unforeseeable loss

  • Loss not caused by a breach of our duty or not caused by our negligence

  • Losses caused by factors which cannot be reasonable considered or outside of our control

  • Any losses caused by your own negligence

 

 

Please allow sixty (60) days for delivery of prizes.

 

Copy of Rules: For a copy of these Official Rules, send a legal-size, self-addressed, stamped envelope to Promotion Rules, teletour, Be There Do Good, Inc., 1214 DELTA GLEN CT, Vienna, Virginia 22182 prior to the end of the Promotion Period. Vermont residents may omit return postage with Official Rules requests.

 

Binding Rules: By entering the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

 

Modification to Rules: teletour may alter the rules of the Giveaway but only in extraneous and outstanding circumstances.
